For an existing Joint Genesis order
This website does not process orders and cannot access billing, shipping, tracking or refund records. Use the support information on your ClickBank receipt or the current seller support channel. The supplied product label lists BioDynamix as distributor and shows the telephone number 800-589-4191; verify current support details before relying on older packaging.
For refunds
Keep your receipt, order number, purchase date and current guarantee terms. See our guarantee explainer. Refunds are handled by the seller/payment ecosystem, not this independent publisher.
Editorial corrections and website contact
Contact-email status: No public editorial email address was supplied for this build, so we have intentionally not invented or published one. Add a real monitored address before using email as a contact method.
Until a real editorial email is configured, factual corrections should be handled by the site owner through the hosting/account workflow used to maintain this website.
